Biomass Gasifier Systems

1. No filters, cyclones, heat exchangers or other gas conditioning equipment
2. Can be used as a “close coupled” or “open type” of system. (a close coupled system is were the gasifier is directly coupled to the burner such as on a boiler. With our open system we can transport the gas a distance to multiple gas burning devices. This is a big difference.)
3. The gas is consistent with no tars.
4. The syngas can be used on standard, off the shelf, gas burners with minor modifications. This allows mills with standard Cleaver Brooks type package boilers to rapidly convert to burning wood (biomass) versus natural gas with little time lost.
